Suzanne Schuelke is an experienced appellate attorney and immigration attorney. She has written hundreds of appellate briefs including Friend of the Court briefs to the various appellate courts including the Michigan Court of Appeals, Michigan Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals, the Board of Immigration of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. She has also authored numerous articles focusing on prisons and corrections, criminal procedure, and appellate procedure.
She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and all relevant federal bars including the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western District of Michigan, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. She is also authorized to practice before all US immigration courts (including the Board of Immigration Appeals), US Citizenship and Immigration Services, and the adjudicative offices of United States Customs and Border Protection.
Ms. Schuelke's immigration focus is Northern Border and waivers. She is also an experienced family immigration attorney. She is a summa cum laude graduate of Wayne State Law School.
